摘要

采用微波法制备磁性共价三嗪骨架材料(MCTFs),将其作为磁性固相萃取吸附剂,结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)实现对蜂蜜中5种磺胺类抗生素(sulfonamides,SAs)的定量分析。通过单因素实验,系统研究了材料用量、溶液pH、吸附时间、洗脱剂种类、洗脱剂比例和背景基质对目标物萃取效率的影响。通过对影响因素的优化,在100.0 μg/kg浓度的蜂蜜水中加入60.0 mg MCTFs,当溶液pH为6.0、吸附时间为15.0 min时,平均萃取回收率可达80.0%以上。5种SAs的检出限为0.014~0.295 μg/kg,定量限为0.046~0.984 μg/kg。利用该方法对市面上售卖的实际样品进行检测,SAs相对回收率范围为15.35%~97.31%。

Abstract

Magnetic covalent triazine frameworks (MCTFs) are synthesized via microwave method, and used together with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) to perform quantitative detection on 5 kinds of sulfonamides in honey samples through magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) method.The influencing factors are optimized by means of single-factor test, including the dosage of MCTFs, pH of the solution, extraction time, the types of eluents, composition proportion of eluents and matrix sample amount.The average recovery of sulfonamides can exceed 80.0% under the optimal parameters as follows:60.0 mg of MCTFs is added into honey water that contains 100.0 μg·kg-1 of sulfonamides, pH of the solution is 6.0 and the extraction time is 15.0 min.The detection limits of five kinds of sulfonamides are all in the range of 0.014-0.295 μg·kg-1, and the quantification limits are in the range of 0.046-0.984 μg·kg-1.The relative recovery rate of sulfonamides ranges from 15.35% to 97.31% when the method is applied to detect actual samples on the market.
